Steel Pallet Flow End Stops
Heavy-duty metal end stops keep pallets in each pallet flow lane and can withstand the daily abuse that a busy warehouse can inflict. Each stop is powder-coated and comes pre-installed on every flow lane.
All UNARCO Pallet Flow comes with solid-steel Ramp Stops, and Pallet Hold parts are now available for purchase on existing lanes. The different types offered and hardware required are listed below. Plastic or nylon stops are no longer available on any of the pallet flow rails.
Plastic wheel, metal skate wheel, and wide-roller applications all use a customized pallet end stop. Below are some options and details:
Ramp Stops:
- Single Wheel Pallet Flow (Wheels In-line 2” centers) =
- C94 7 RAMPSTOP P (requires Hardware = (2) P14 X 3-3/4 Bolt & (2) P14 Lock Nut)
- Staggered Wheel Pallet Flow (Wheels Staggered on 1.5” centers) =
- C95 7 RAMPSTOP P (requires Hardware = (2) P14 X 4-1/2 Bolt & (2) P14 Lock Nut)
- Staggered Wheel Pallet Flow (Wheels Staggered on 2” centers) =
- C96 7 RAMPSTOP P (requires Hardware = (2) P14 X 4-1/2 Bolt & (2) P14 Lock Nut)
The Pallet Holds should be used only in a return lane application. The user will set a pallet in the return lane such that the pallet will rest on top of the flat section and temporarily cause a friction of the pallet against the pallet hold. The design of the Pallet Holds are so that when placing the first pallet in position, the user can align the pallet simply by pulling the pallet back against the vertical stops. Then, the user will continue stacking the pallets on top of the previous pallet until they deem there are enough pallets stacked. To release the pallets to the discharge end of the return lane, the user will push or slide the stack off of the pallet holds so that a truck can pick them from the outside or charge side of the system.

System Highlights:
Pallet Flow Systems are assembled at UNARCO and ship with your pallet rack order as a complete project.
In-house testing with your actual product and pallets
Resin pallet flow lanes in-line or staggered configurations for heavy pallets
Full-width metal roller pallet flow lanes for hard-to-flow crates and pallets
Sophisticated braking systems integrated into lanes for controlled speed
Custom engineered options based on pitch, pallet quality, and desired flow speed
Flow any pallet safety to picking position with a wide range of options for every price-point. There are full and split roller lanes as well as staggered and in-line pallet flow options that are guaranteed to flow. Custom solutions are tested at the UNARCO facility for on-site satisfaction.

reliable Pallet Flow
Metal pallet flow end stops do not do all of the work to keep pallets from flowing into the aisles. UNARCO flow systems have highly-engineered braking systems installed on many of the pallet flow options available. Speed controls can flow up to 25 pallets deep and center brake controls can be spaced for customized flow.
